This lesson is Gaslighting 101 and we have to apologise to Addison, from our younger selves, for not seeing how awfully she was being treated. This episode is all about Denial. Christina and Mare denying that an 80 hour work week is enough, Weber Denying the nurses their basic rights and Ayla Denying that she has to deal with Denny coming into our lives again. George doesn't let his patient's parents deny them the truth and Tamzen fights denying their parents aren't that bad. Bailey is in denial about her pregnancy getting the better of her. None is denying the dog has to go.
